Refund policy

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, it must be labeled and find it in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you should either complete the withdrawal form, available on the site, and return it to us, or contact us, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, at the following address:enquiries@vendomecircle. com. If your return is accepted, we will send you shipping instructions. You have an additional 14 days (28 days from when your item was delivered) to return it.

Damages and problems  

As stated in Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and fix it.


Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such than beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.




The fastest way to ensure you get the correct product is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase.


We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within fourteen (14) days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
